Developing the InfoCom Division

The development work of the division has been supported by the international consultant Tony Cornford

First Mission: March 23 - April 2004

On his first mission Tony Cornford undertook a review of all aspects of the establishment of the Division.

Second Mission: May 31 - June 10 2004

The second mission was organized around two meetings of the new division, and work to develop statements of responsibilities, objectives etc. for each of the division's teams
