5. DATA MANIPULATION FUNCTIONS

This function allows you to create your own aggregates (different from the ones stored in the database and shown on the list boxes).

The following steps are required to perform an aggregation:

- From the list boxes select the Country, Item, Element and Year to define your selection;

- Select the Output Format;

- Select from the "Aggregate" list box the desired aggregation: by Country, by Item or both by Country and Items;

- Submit To Database.

This function allows you to perform standard calculations on the selected query results.

The following calculation functions are available:

     Basic Statistics: it provides you with Mean and Standard Deviation
